The Panama City Florida Chapter was established for the purpose of
fostering unity, by bringing together cyclist in the Panama City and Pan
Handle area of Northwest Florida for cycling related activities.

Some of the activities are mini excursions, club rallies, fundraisers for
charitable organizations, and other forms of cycling fellowship. We are a
non-profit organization of men and women, dedicated to the sport of
motorcycling and to the education of all people as it pertains to the
African Americans in the history of this country.

We ride under the name of the “Buffalo Soldiers” to express our pride
and respect for the many accomplishment they made during the decades
preceding the Civil War. We hope to instill some of the pride in the
minds and hearts of today’s youth and our community.

We believe in our community.
We believe that our representation of heroes from the past, like the
Buffalo Soldiers, will serve to strengthen the values of or community in
the future.
